Search tips:

1. If you don’t search using the license number, your search must include at least 2 search fields/criteria. (I.e. County and program type).
2. Do not use any punctuation in the search fields.
3. The search is exact. Recheck the spelling of owner and facility names. The spelling must match the license to bring back results.
